_ PLEASURE OBSERVATORY PHILOSOPHY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Observatorio del Placer es un espacio de investigaci\u00f3n encarnada donde la sexualidad se despliega como un campo relacional, enredado con el ecosistema, el lenguaje y la materia. Nos interesan proyectos que desborden las narrativas normativas y que exploren el placer desde perspectivas postidentitarias, ecoqueer, xenopo\u00e9ticas e intra-activas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1s que un objeto de estudio, entendemos la sexualidad como una coreograf\u00eda de afectos, intensidades y fugas. Desde este marco, buscamos pr\u00e1cticas que se atrevan a experimentar con nuevas sensibilidades y que expandan las formas en que el deseo se inscribe en cuerpos, territorios y ecosistemas. Queremos abrir espacios para investigaciones que aborden la sexualidad como un proceso vibr\u00e1til, en el que los l\u00edmites entre lo \u00edntimo, lo pol\u00edtico y lo ecol\u00f3gico se disuelven y reconfiguran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuestras residencias no buscan \u201crepresentar\u201d la sexualidad, sino activar su potencial especulativo y material. Nos interesa la experimentaci\u00f3n como pr\u00e1ctica, la indagaci\u00f3n como forma de relaci\u00f3n y la creaci\u00f3n como gesto de apertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

_ RESIDENCIAS ART\u00cdSTICAS 2025<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Las Residencias Art\u00edsticas 2025 en el Observatorio del Placer son un espacio-tiempo para la exploraci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica situada. Se dirigen a artistas, investigadoras e improvisadorxs interesadxs en trabajar con la sexualidad desde perspectivas no normativas y metodolog\u00edas porosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cada residencia es una convocatoria al riesgo y a la vulnerabilidad creativa: un espacio para poner en juego cuerpos, lenguajes y formas de hacer, en di\u00e1logo con otrxs y con los ecosistemas que habitamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artists and collectives seeking a workspace to develop research and practice projects on the exploration of sexuality within the context of post-identity, xenopoetics, ecoqueer and intra-action from perspectives that challenge traditional notions of identity, interact with diverse forms of expression and highlight the intertwinings between the human and the more than human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

_ DATES<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We will communicate the resolution within a maximum of 2 weeks from receipt of the proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

_ ENDOWMENT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Observatory makes available space and technical equipment<\/em> that there is currently.

Access to the workspace will be de 15-21h de lunes a viernes durante una semana<\/strong>. In very specific cases that take into account the rest of the space's programming, another time or duration for the residency could be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the month of the residency, the artist or group will have free access to the rest of the activities carried out at Observatorio del Placer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

_ CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

For its part, the artist or collective must carry out an activity open to the public or participants<\/strong> around the topic of your research or production, on the last day of your residency or during the following two weeks.

The artists or collectives who are the authors of the selected projects must transfer the rights of public communication during the period of residence and dissemination of the work for promotional purposes and for incorporation into the website and archives of Observatorio del Placer for communication and investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio is inside a residential building and we have to respect noise restrictions, so we will only accept residents who can work without loud music or constant noise. We need a gentle environment inside the building.
Durante el fin de semana podemos tener sonido normal durante algunas horas al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation is not included and is not an option we can offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

_ ACTIVITY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OR PARTICIPANTS<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The activity carried out will depend on each project, so it remains to be defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activities that are usually carried out at the Observatory have an economic collaboration.
If the activity has an entrance fee, 50% of the profit from the activity will go to the artist or group.
The maximum capacity of the space is 45 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

** At OdP we do not want anyone to be left out of the activities due to economic issues, so if someone requests it, they can access without collaboration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
